Assessments typically start within two weeks of a signed order. Larger delivery squads usually mobilise in three to four weeks, depending on the skill mix required.
Most of our work is with teams already running on AWS who need the foundation tightened, the bill controlled or a modernisation program that has stalled restarted. A Well-Architected Review is the usual entry point.
Often, yes. As an AWS Partner we can nominate qualifying assessment, migration and modernisation work for partner funding programs. Eligibility is assessed case-by-case with your AWS account team, and we will tell you upfront if your program does not qualify.
In the AWS Asia Pacific (Sydney) region by default, with Melbourne (ap-southeast-4) as a secondary where resilience requirements call for it. Any exception is raised explicitly and requires your written approval.
We are based in Sydney and deliver Australia-wide. Delivery is hybrid by default, with scheduled on-site cycles where an engagement needs them, and fully remote where you prefer it.
